TO PROVIDE SOURCES OF CHARITABLE SUPPORT AND PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OR SUPPORT OF EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO PROVIDE RELIEF OF THE POOR, DISTRESSED AND UNDERPRIVILEGED AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF ECONOMICS, ECONOMIC PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
