Mission

Global Health Corps' mission is to mobilize a diverse community of leaders to build the movement for global health equity. We believe that investing in leadership will bring real and sustainable progress in the advancement of health equity. Amplifying the power within ourselves—and the people we work with around the world—to achieve our mission requires that we hold ourselves accountable to a set of core values: shared integrity, inclusive collaboration, sustainable resilience, and continuous learning.

Goals

1.GHC will expand and grow our Africa Leadership Accelerator, US Leadership Accelerator, and Global Alumni Network to deepen optimal leadership impact. We will align metrics and enhance curriculum and programming to grow core leadership competencies related to key health and development issues.
2.GHC is committed to financial sustainability and growth through strengthening of funding diversity and financial stability. GHC will strengthen financial sustainability by diversifying funding, fortifying core revenue streams, and implementing an aligned growth plan to support long-term program delivery and organizational resilience.
3.GHC is committed to optimizing organizational effectiveness by investing in team capacity, leadership development, and systems that support high performance and long-term impact.
