TO HOLD ANNUAL AREA AND STATEWIDE MEETINGS FOR DISTRICT SUPERVISORS, STAFF, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES. PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS THROUGH ENVIROTHON.
