A future where every child and youth in foster care has the stability, support, and opportunities they need to learn, grow, and build a strong, successful life.

Goals

1. 1.Expand UGrad Academy to reach more children and youth in foster care. Increase annual enrollment from 100 students to 400 by building staffing capacity, strengthening school partnerships, and enhancing program structure.
2. 2.Strengthen organizational capacity to support program growth by investing in staffing, training, systems, and financial stability. Enhance internal infrastructure to deliver consistent, high-quality education support to children and youth in foster care statewide.
3. 3.Strengthen and refine our core education support programs by prioritizing UGrad Academy and ensuring consistent, high-quality services. Focus resources on the programs that most directly improve educational stability and long-term success for children and youth in foster care.
