    THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSERVING AGRICULTURAL LANDS AND CONSERVING THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE DELMARVA PENINSULA CONSISTING OF THE (A) THE NINE (9) EASTERN SHORE COUNTIES OF MARYLAND, (B) THE THREE (3) COUNTIES OF DELAWARE, (C) ACCOMACK AND NORTHHAMPTON COUNTIES IN VIRGINIA. THE ORGANIZATION WILL DEVELOP AND SUPPORT RESOURCE CONSERVATION PROJECTS AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCH PROJECTS IN THE DELMARVA COUNTIES OF MARYLAND, DELAWARE AND VIRGINIA. THE ORGANIZATION MAY PARTNER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
