The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Expand and Increase Access to Richi House Programs
We aim to grow the Richi House by developing new spaces like The Barn, Green House & Pools, Cabins, and a Fitness & Healing Center. These expansions will enhance community engagement, wellness, and recovery programs, providing more families with holistic support to improve their quality of life.
Goal Two: Strengthen Organizational Capacity
To support Richi House expansion, we will enhance fundraising, management, and technical capabilities. This includes diversifying funding, improving operations, and upgrading technology to ensure sustainable growth and better services for families affected by childhood cancer.
Goal Three: Advocacy for Childhood Cancer Survivors:
We are committed to expanding our advocacy efforts to raise awareness and mobilize resources for children, adolescents, and families affected by pediatric cancer. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and public initiatives, we will amplify our mission and drive meaningful change in survivorship care and holistic support.
