Vision

We envision an end to Veteran homelessness.

Goals

1. 1.Build infrastructure to support our fast-growing organization. To support our growth on the ground level, the board recently hired an experienced Executive Director and engaged an expert nonprofit fiscal team. Future activities will support the development of a sustainable organizational infrastructure as we effectively respond to the needs of the vulnerable Veterans we serve.
2. 2.Strengthen existing programs to fill gaps in services and address unmet needs for unhoused and at-risk Veterans. To assist Veterans who require a higher level of engagement, we will provide low-barrier access to case management and supportive services including temporary financial assistance, housing navigation services, move-in kits, and warm referrals to accessible local services.
3. 3.Strengthen outreach and engagement to identify underserved and under-reached Veterans who need care and connect them to services. Unique in our ability to connect services to Veterans who have the most difficulty engaging in outreach efforts, we will meet Veterans where they are and provide them with a continuum of support from chronic homelessness to permanent housing.
