Vision

Legacy's vision is to build a world where students (particularly students from low-income communities and BIPOC students) are more self and socially aware, understand with depth how to solve problems in their school, local, and global communities, and would set goals backed by strategic plans to solve some of the biggest issues we face today.

Goals

1. 1.Reach 7,500 unique students through our in-person leadership program. Our Leadership Program is Legacy's flagship program experience where students learn how to use their time, money, voice and vote to impact their local and global communities.
2. 2.Double the number of (qualified) adult Mentors in our Mentoring Program so that we can expand access to the waitlist of students we now have. The Legacy Mentoring Program deepens the skills students are taught in our Leadership Program, developing their entrepreneurship, team building, and decision making, through mentorship meetings twice per month with Legacy Mentors.
3. 3.Continue to build the capacity of the organization by increasing revenue by 20% over the next 12 months. Continue to dedicate significant effort to diversifying revenue streams by investing in new Foundation & Grant support while maintaining and modestly scaling all other existing sources of support.
