1.Build 10+ more mobile training units in 18-wheeler trailers to go to 20+ more communities around Los Angeles and the country.
2.Add more specific training groups. We've already had veterans only and women only classes. We want more of them and to add a Spanish welding classes, by hiring a Spanish speaking welding trainer.
3.Work in conjunction with homeless villages around Los Angeles to offer welding training in our existing mobile training units to reach some of the most at risk people in our community.
