Vision

We believe that everyone has the right to a life free from violence and discrimination, with access to safe, decent housing and the resources to pursue their dreams. We are determined to create a community where all people, regardless of gender or race, have opportunities for growth, leadership and power.

Goals

1. 1.Over the last 18 months we improved building accessibility, added 2 Case Managers to support families in our Family Housing Center, launched a Family Wrap-Around Program for coordinated behavioral health care, and hired a Director of Belonging to train staff and foster inclusion across the community.
2. 2.In the last 18 months, we added a Director of People and Operations to expand our HR capacity, hired a CPA-certified Director of Finance to strengthen financial oversight, and transitioned to an electronic payroll system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee access.
