1.Ensure sustainable funding for evidence-based behavioral health, education, and family support programs serving youth with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
2.Strengthen long-term financial sustainability through diversified fundraising, responsible stewardship, and strategic investment to support current and future program needs.
3.Enhance oversight and impact measurement by using data and outcomes reported by funded programs to guide grantmaking, improve effectiveness, and ensure accountability.
