1.Increase mental health support for teens. Formalize the fall 2023/winter 2024 on-site counseling pilot project to be able to offer crisis counseling, suicide assessments, safety planning, and short-term counseling sessions for teens.
2.Expand annual and seasonal professional development opportunities for staff, mentors and community members on topics related to the wellbeing of teenagers, offering BYEP as a center for learning.
3.Maximize fundraising efforts by refining the donor engagement journey, launching a BYEP Benefactors Giving Circle, and pursuing larger, multi-year grants.
