Vision

We are a force for change in the treatment and care of at risk horses and other equines, especially those who are living in abusive situations or are abandoned. We demonstrate that veterans and others dealing with trauma, depression, etc. can be helped with rescued horses through our Equine Assisted Therapy and learning programs. Our programs are leading edge. We plan to expand these programs in partnership with BOCES and local school districts, especially with at risk youths, battered women and other groups who can benefit.

Goals

1. 1.Maximizing the opportunities of our key programs: adoptions and equine assisted learning/support ensures we save as many lives as possible while also improving the human lives in our community.
2. 2.Improving our fundraising tools and ensuring proper staffing in our operations functions will improve our ability to flourish.
3. 3.Expanding our already effective programming to other organizations and audiences will broaden our reach and increase our impact and recognition.
