    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    Our organization has grown significantly since 2019 so we are constantly needing to adapt. In 2021, we opened our first Ministry Selection Center in Lancaster, PA, which gave a new location to a function that had previously been met at our Distribution Center. After 6 months of operation, the new location was moving twice as much food on a monthly basis as the previous location. We then performed a quality review of our operations there and realized that adjusting how aisles were stocked with food might increase the food that was distributed.
