By 2035, to be a cultural institution, recognized as a platform for the social empowerment of children and adolescents.

Goals

1.To consolidate the PBA Scholarship Programme by obtaining 5 scholarships per committee member. This will foster a community movement at a regional level that will provide opportunities for social and educational change for children and adolescents through our choral program.
2.We aim to implement an information system and training on agile methodologies and indicators. This will help to strengthen PBA's communication plan to position it in the eyes of the different stakeholders with whom it works.
3.To design a strategy to increase attendance at concerts. With this, we plan to increase the percentage of the population attending our annual concert by 10% this year.
