SOLAR PV SYSTEM INSTALLATION SUPPORT FOR LA PLATA COUNTY, COLORADO AND MONTEZUMA COUNTY, COLORADO HOMEOWNERS. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE A COMMUNITY-BASED BARN-RAISING APPROACH IN ORDER TO EDUCATE HOMEOWNERS ON THE TECHNICAL INSTALLATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE AN AFFORDABLE ALTERNATIVE FOR RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNER SOLAR PV SYSTEMS.
