Vision

Service Peace Warriors is committed to reducing the suicide rate by helping honorably discharged American soldiers and first responders cope with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms that result from their service. Provide at least 10 Veterans and first responders each year with a fully trained service dog, allowing these individuals to live a fulfilled life. With a focus on providing as many additional service dogs per year as funding allows. To increase the number of service dogs available to Veterans and First Responders by at least 10 per year, with the goal being by 2030, Service Peace Warriors will have produced and paired a total of 120 or more service dog teams to help them combat their PTSD.

Goals

1. 1.To increase the number of service dogs available to Veterans and First Responders by at least 10 per year
2. 2.To belong to a larger network of Service Dog providers, allowing veterans and first responders who may be out of our geographical area access to training and support.
3. 3.To increase our fundraising capabilities while also updating our infrastructure to better support a larger number of dogs placed each year while maintaining the support for our current teams
