Vision

Our vision is a thriving community where youth of African ancestry lead in STEM innovation, excel in higher education, and shape a more equitable future through their brilliance, confidence, and leadership.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen organizational leadership by recruiting and onboarding our first full-time Executive Director to guide strategic growth, increase operational capacity, and enhance long-term adaptability.
2. 2.Strengthen long-term engagement with our alumni community by launching a dedicated alumni database in 2026 and implementing a structured system for bi-annual outreach. This effort includes developing college and career tracking, establishing consistent communication practices, and expanding nationwide engagement through virtual programming using our Zoom infrastructure.
3. 3.Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy supported by the necessary infrastructure to sustain long-term growth. This includes strengthening individual giving, parent-led fundraising, grant acquisition, corporate partnerships, and matching-gift participation—all enhanced by the leadership of a full-time Executive Director.
