TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN AN EDUCATIONAL SOCCER PROGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS BY PROVIDING ORGANIZED GAMES AND COACHES, PARTICIPATE IN A CONTROLLED COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT; AND PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP AND PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH THROUGH THE SPORT OF SOCCER.
