The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Dragonfly’s 24-Hour Human Trafficking Helpline offers confidential, judgment-free support to victims, survivors, and community members seeking help or information. Helpline callers connect with trained advocates for crisis intervention, emotional support, or help exiting trafficking. Since November 2016, 12,000+ calls have been triaged, with plans to increase responses by 4,000+ annually.
Goal Two: We aim to expand the consistency and accessibility of services with our new Human Trafficking Trauma Recovery Center, evolving our Crisis Center model into a comprehensive hub for survivor care. The space will increase counseling, appointments, and support meetings, offering a welcoming, trauma-informed environment. Detailed service tracking will ensure we meet the growing needs of those we serve.
Goal Three: Through our comprehensive survivor services The Dragonfly Home aims to serve approximately 175 total survivors (including primary victims and their family members) by September 30, 2026. We offer services from various sectors including medical, legal, and housing assistance along with document recovery, transportation, and more to meet the needs of survivors throughout their individual journeys.
