Vision

ISTG envisions a world in which all women and folx feel pride, hope, and self-respect. We seek to provide comfort in a time of discomfort. In this vision, no one has to miss work or school due to their period. An ill-fitting bra doesn’t keep anyone from applying for a new job, or prevent them from working due to back pain. Everyone can have both food AND menstrual hygiene products. ISTG will keep all women and folx, including those experiencing homelessness, living as refugees, survivors of domestic violence, currently incarcerated, or school age, healthy and dignified with clean undergarments and sufficient menstrual hygiene products.

Goals

1. 1.Affiliate Engagement through grants, corporate partnerships, media promotion, and additional staff support to increase the quantity of products distributed and number of locations served.
2. 2.Adding staff, increasing fundraising, growing the volunteer base, and expanding in-kind donation capacity will allow ISTG to find new funding, partnerships, and raise awareness of the mission.
3. 3.Corporate in-kind donations make up the majority of what ISTG distributes. Devoting resources and focus to this effort helps ISTG meet the mission directives with the widest possible reach.
