Goals

1. 1.Mozaic develops new programs in response to evolving needs among refugees and underserved communities. By monitoring trends in employment, education, food security, and social wellbeing, we design initiatives such as vocational training, youth programs, and food support to address emerging gaps and strengthen pathways to stability and self-sufficiency.
2. 2.Mozaic aims to expand vocational training and career pathway programs that support refugees and underserved individuals in gaining marketable skills and achieving economic stability. This includes strengthening initiatives such as Mozaic Kitchen culinary training, mentorship, and employment readiness support.
3. 3.Mozaic plans to strengthen its organizational capacity by expanding staffing, improving case management systems, and deepening partnerships with local institutions and community organizations. These efforts will allow Mozaic to serve more families, coordinate volunteers effectively, and sustain high-quality community programs.
