To provide transformational holistic healthcare to the underserved residents of Collin County.

Goals

1. 1.in 2024, the goal was to move into a 600 square foot larger and more efficient space. The Center is seeing a growing number of new patients with comorbidities who are without health insurance. In 2023, the clinic had a 10% increase in new patients, but in 2024, the number of new patients increased by a whopping 78%! In 2024, volunteers donated 7,419 hours and assisted in 1,487 patient visits.
2. 2.In 2024, we added seven providers who practice in the following areas of medicine: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Neurology. With the new providers, the clinic offered new services, and increased the number of providers for existing services to meet the increase in patient demand.
3. 3.The clinic will start a monthly Support Group for Diabetics who need more attention. West Coast University’s Physician Assistant students are collecting patient data for 2 Capstone projects to prepare individualized care plans for patients with uncontrolled Diabetes or Hypertension. We believe that by implementing these actions, unnecessary hospitalizations for complications can be avoided.
