Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to double the reach of our meal distribution program, from 2,800 to 5,600 meals per week, so we can serve more food-insecure children across Seminole County. This expansion will allow us to onboard additional partner schools and establish new distribution sites in underserved communities where need continues to grow.
2. 2.To support our expansion, we are investing in organizational capacity: hiring dedicated staff to manage and grow program operations, and building new financial partnerships to ensure sustainable, diversified funding. This investment strengthens our ability to scale distribution while maintaining the quality and consistency families depend on.
3. 3.In 2020, we launched our Three-Phase Empowerment Program to address food insecurity at its root, combining weekly food support, free educational resources, and job-readiness workshops. This holistic model helps families move from food instability toward long-term self-sufficiency and stable, independent households.
