Mission
OutCare Health, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is leading the charge for LGBTQ+ health equity worldwide, with a dedicated focus on advancing support for transgender, gender diverse, and intersex (TGI) communities. We empower millions of LGBTQ+ individuals through comprehensive resources, education, and support. From the OutList directory of affirming healthcare providers to mentorship, health equity training, community building, peer support, consulting services, and more—our initiatives are designed to meet people where they are. Our vision is a world where every LGBTQ+ person has access to quality, affirming care and feels empowered to live their healthiest, most authentic life.

At OutCare Health, we envision a world where every LGBTQ+ individual receives equitable and inclusive healthcare, free from discrimination and bias. As a national nonprofit healthcare equity organization, we strive to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and LGBTQ+ communities by providing comprehensive education, resources, and training. Our ultimate goal is to transform LGBTQ+ healthcare and promote health equity for all.
Goals
- 1.Expand access to LGBTQ+ affirming healthcare by growing the OutList provider network, increasing provider training opportunities, strengthening care navigation services, and expanding community resources. Through strategic partnerships and technology, OutCare will connect more individuals with affirming care while improving health outcomes nationwide.
- 2.Strengthen OutCare's organizational capacity by investing in technology, AI-enabled solutions, infrastructure, sustainable revenue, and operational systems. These investments will improve efficiency, enhance the user experience, support data-informed decision-making, and position the organization for long-term growth and greater national impact.
- 3.Develop and expand innovative programs that address emerging healthcare access barriers for LGBTQ+ communities, including AI-powered navigation tools, enhanced care navigation services, workforce education, and strategic partnerships. New initiatives will be driven by community feedback, data, and evolving healthcare needs to improve access and equity
