Mission

Empower the next generation of leaders by (a) Connecting them in purpose-driven training; (b) Educating them on the intersection of environmental and humanitarian crises they are inheriting; and (c) Cultivating essential skills to create innovative solutions and real-world change.

Vision

We envision a world where all youth are prepared to lead humanity into a more just, equitable, empathetic future and are connected to the natural world and each other.

Goals

1.After having fully developed its programming successfully 2016-2023, Heirs To Our Ocean is further developing its executive staff, building its board, and investing in capacity building including developing HR, marketing for fundraising, etc.
2.Once H2OO achieves capacity development, it intends to grow and scale its successful programming. H2OO is an open access org serving traditionally marginalized youth with full scholarships, and that commitment we want to scale.
3.H2OO each year ensures the most successful programs are prioritized, and it will develop in new programming per youth leaders' desires, needs, suggestions. H2OO is youth-formed, youth-led, so what we do is determined by youth in alignment with our mission.
