The JP4 Foundation

Mission

The mission of the JP4 Foundation is to enrich the lives of youth in underserved communities through healthy activity, healthy meals and healthy relationships. Our programs include summer-long camps and an after-school program called The Diamond Club. While we focus on kids primary ages 5-12, we are beginning to recognize the advantages of directing our investments towards the future workforce, with a particular emphasis on nurturing our mentors.

Vision

We aim to influence legislative policies to guarantee that every student has access to community mentors throughout their school years.

Goals

1.Mature our Storytelling • Discovery of what the community needs • Mission Clarity • Consistency of Messaging • Evangelize in the community
2.Expand Impact • Increase impact in existing relationships with schools (ie. one tree at a time) • Build end to end experience for participant (seamless experience)
3.Invest in Our People • Secure strategic partnerships for talent • Simplify employee tax and pay processes • Create a rewards and recognition program
