SPECIFICALLY, THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO SECURE FINANCING, MAKE AN INVESTMENT, LEASE, AND SUBLEASE A CHARTER SCHOOL CONDO UNIT LOCATED AT 600 EAST 156TH STREET, BRONX, NY. CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED AND THE CHARTER SCHOOL SUBTENANT TOOK OCCUPANCY 2020.
