FORWARD ARKANSAS IS A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHED BY THE ARKANSAS STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION, THE WALTON FAMILY FOUNDATION, AND THE WINTHROP ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION TO INCREASE EQUITY AND ACHIEVE INCREASES IN STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AND ECONOMIC PROSPERITY FOR ARKANSAS.
