Our purpose is to break systemic glass ceilings by providing life skills, personal empowerment, professional development, financial literacy, education, and career readiness while ensuring our members learn to implement wellness and environmental consciousness. Our Mission: To inspire and empower youth and women to intentionally excel in all endeavors.
