Mission

We cultivate a community of care so that people can move with dignity from trauma and homelessness to healing and housing stability. We share in our community’s collective responsibility to create safe, stable dwellings for all by disrupting unhealthy systems and providing outreach, resource navigation, and supportive housing solutions.

Goals

1.Establish a core team of board, staff, and people with lived experience to develop and implement solutions that combine housing with supportive services to meet needs of unsheltered individuals.
2.To deliver innovative, person-centered, trauma-informed programs and services to our community that will support individuals throughout their journey and make an actual difference in outcomes.
3.Expand fundraising, identify new income resulting in revenue mix that supports mission. Capitalize on natural strengths to build human resources and technical capacity to support mission delivery.
