Goals

1. 1.Complete a turnover of club leadership from its founding three members, expand board to 5+ positions, and improve board's geographic, gender, racial and age diversity.
2. 2.Re-align mission and supporting program mix in response to rounding of NC Submarine Museum Foundation and inability to obtain ship hull at end of life to serve as a monument to its crew.
3. 3.Formalize organizational business efforts to earn high marks from donors and external charity rating organizations.
