Vision

Our vision and hope are the most medically underserved adults in our community have improved health and wellness and are treated with dignity and respect as we seek to be examples of God’s love for all humankind.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen UCA’s operations so we can serve more patients while preserving personalized care. Define and document the UCA care model; clarify staff roles, responsibilities, and time allocation; build sustainable specialty partnerships to address service gaps; and create standards and training checklists for volunteer providers.
2. 2.Grow UCA’s supporter base and strengthen the systems needed to sustain free care long term. Define financial sustainability goals; expand development capacity; build individual, corporate, board, foundation, and government fundraising strategies; increase visibility through marketing; and create consistent organization-wide messaging.
3. 3.Build a sustainable organizational structure that delivers consistent quality. Document core processes and institutional knowledge; use technology to reduce administrative burden; address staffing gaps; strengthen volunteer management and retention; and establish clear board governance and engagement expectations.
