Goals

1. 1.We will expand our volunteer programs by increasing regional capacity, recruiting and training more Primary Volunteers, relaunching mentorship programs, and providing advanced and refresher training. We’ll enhance support with tech tutorials, feedback loops, and succession planning to ensure skilled, satisfied volunteers meet growing client needs.
2. 2.We will expand and sustain our statewide network of medical providers by targeting high-impact specialties, systematizing pro bono recruitment, offering CME and online training, building partnerships with institutions like OHSU, and increasing outreach and education to ensure more physicians can support patients with end-of-life care.
3. 3.We will strengthen our infrastructure for long-term growth by aligning staffing with regional needs, enhancing volunteer and case management systems, improving training and communication platforms, diversifying revenue streams, and expanding board engagement to ensure financial stability and operational excellence.
