The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We plan to scale up admissions in Bayview‑Hunters Point so more young children benefit from our 12+-year mentoring commitment. By hiring additional paid mentors and strengthening outreach, we aim to reach more families, giving children stable support from early childhood through high school graduation.
Goal Two: We will deepen our advocacy and understanding for the youth and families we serve in Bayview‑Hunters Point. Professional Mentors will work closely with schools, caregivers, and community partners to amplify the needs and voices of the children we support, ensuring they have access to resources, support and opportunities.
Goal Three: We aim to strengthen our organizational capacity by investing in staff development, technology, and operational systems. By enhancing management, data tracking, and program infrastructure, we ensure our mentors can provide consistent, high-quality support to children in Bayview-Hunters Point.
