People living with difficulties deserve a life-changing dog from us.

Goals

1. 1.Any qualified* applicant deserves to receive a free dog and support follow up from us within 1 year of applying to us. *Qualified person: The person lives within 5 hours driving distrance from us, is searching for the type of service dog we train or whose disability qualifies them for a release dog, and they can competently and humanely care for the dog.
2. 2.In the next 3 years we will strengthen our organization to ensure its further growth. Our hardworking, very talented staff deserve to receive benefits, and we will switch from paying them as 1099 Contract Employees with no benefits to W-2 employees receiving our contribution towards their health insurance premiums, out of pocket costs, and their 401(k) programs.
3. 3.Within the next 5 years, we will double our capacity by adding another Residential Training Center in Westchester County, NY (the larger, wealthier county located just South of Putnam County, NY). This 2nd Center will attract new puppy raiser Volunteers, and donors to help us grow. We currently partner with two large Rescue Organizations in Westchester.
