Mission

OUR MEMBERS: Founded by businesses in the adventure travel and outdoor industries, the ATCF membership is dedicated to protecting threatened communities, cultures, and wild places to preserve their cultural and recreational integrity. Our members are adventure travel and outdoor industry leaders who have come together and step forward to advocate and support projects that allow sustainable adventure tourism to grow into the futurehttps://adventuretravelconservationfund.org/what-we-do

Vision

A world where travel actively protects the planet — with every traveler becoming a steward for conservation.

Goals

1.Increase Support for Community-Led Projects We aim to grow our annual grants for high-impact, community-led conservation initiatives that protect biodiversity and cultural heritage. These grassroots efforts are locally informed, sustainable, and deeply aligned with our mission.
2.Launch Traveler-Focused Giving Program We’re building a new program to engage travelers directly in conservation through micro-donations, project sponsorship, and monthly giving. This allows travelers to give back to the places they visit and increases our funding reach.
3.Grow and Engage Our Member Network We’re expanding and deepening our global travel business membership to increase conservation funding and activate more industry leaders. Engaged members help us fund and amplify grassroots environmental and cultural projects.
