Mission

THE FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO DETERMINE AND SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT UNDERTAKINGS SUCH AS DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAMS, LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE YOUNG PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY. IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY TO LAW ENFORCEMENT FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES WHERE A CHARITABLE OR EDUCATION NEED IS DEMONSTRATED.
