Vision

A Faith That Does Justice's overarching vision is of a community, a nation, and a world where individuals who have the means, energy, and ability to materially help those most vulnerable and in need do so effectively, communally, and with great conviction. Our vision is that those most vulnerable among us grow, prosper, and flourish through the vehicles of education, employment, and other supports so that they may improve their lives, the lives of their families, our communities, and the world as a whole. Our vision is our continued and increased activation of opportunities, encouragement and vehicles for people to put their faith into action. We put this vision into action in three ways: 1) via community offerings; 2) via offering specific opportunities for individuals to act such as our Grab & Go Program: 3) via our most successful English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program.

Goals

1. 1.In addition to our current two sites for our Grab & Go Program, we will add a third site to provide a bag lunch weekly to food-insecure people. At this third site, we will carry lunches into the neighborhood for distribution to individuals on the street.
2. 2.We will double the number of our followers and volunteers.
3. 3.We will increase the number and amount of charitable contributions that A Faith That Does Justice receives each year.
