Vision

Each one teach one to reach one. Our enrichment programs offer youth fundamental skills required to achieve S.U.C.C.E.S.S. - Socially Uplifting Community Changes and Exceeding Systemic Standards. This happens by developing the necessary skills to mentor others through social, educational, mental health, cultural, physical, and mentorship programming. These qualities are beneficial throughout life and build on one another.

Goals

1. 1.We will center our resources on the programs that most strongly advance our mission - violence prevention, academic support, and youth leadership - while scaling back activities that are not essential. This focus strengthens impact and ensures sustainable, high-quality delivery.
2. 2.We plan to strengthen our internal systems by improving staff training, technology, and operational structure. Building organizational capacity will enhance our effectiveness and ensure long-term stability as we continue serving our communities.
3. 3.We aim to expand our core youth development, violence-prevention programs, workforce development programs, and increase access in Brooklyn and other areas. By deepening school partnerships and the community as well as adding new service sites, we will reach more students and families with consistent, high-quality support.
