As stated in how our organization has been impacted by the COVID pandemic, we have had to become more flexible and innovative in how we connect to the community as well as build relationships with funders and donors. It has really highlighted how the impact of what we do far exceeds just showing the quantity of what has been accomplished. It has also shaped how we look at diversity, equity and inclusion- that it is inclusive of race, age, gender, age and economic equality. It has also taught us how to weave our story using multiple mediums in order to engage others in what we do in an environment that is now highly virtual.
