TO RESCUE ANIMALS FROM SITUATIONS THAT ARE ABUSIVE, ENDANGERING OR NEGLECTFUL AND TO PLACE THEM IN ADOPTIVE HOMES. TO PROVIDE VETERINARY SERVICES TO ANIMALS IN NEED. TO EDUCATE AND PROMOTE THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING PETS AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON HOW TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
