Activate Your Life, a Non-Profit which focuses on women of color who have previously been involved in the criminal justice system. We aim to enforce our members financial stability, aid their mental health, and facilitate reunification with their children and family members. AYL helps members reintegrate with their communities through volunteer work, involvement in community programs, and mentorship opportunities. AYL addresses these needs through a holistic and gender-responsive approach to help women in the re-entry process to overcome barriers and increase their chances of successful reintegration into society.

Activate Your Life envisions a world where all system-impacted women have the opportunity to thrive as empowered, self-sufficient leaders who drive positive change in their communities and break cycles of disadvantage. Through economic mobility and personal development, we aspire to build resilient, inclusive communities rooted in justice and equality. An alternative to incarceration is the vision.

Goal One: The goal is to expand our reach and impact by building the organizations capacity, enabling us to serve more system-impacted women and youth through enhanced programs, resources, and partnerships. By strengthening our infrastructure and capabilities, we aim to deliver more comprehensive support, foster sustainable economic mobility, and create lasting change within underserved communities.

Goal Two: Our goal is to strengthen and expand Activate Your Life's advocacy efforts to bring greater visibility to the needs and rights of system-impacted women and youth. By raising awareness, influencing policy, and building strategic alliances, we aim to address systemic barriers, promote restorative justice, and champion economic and social opportunities that foster lasting empowerment and equity.

Goal Three: The goal is to allow us to reach more system-impacted women and youth. By expanding our resources, enhancing program delivery, and strengthening community partnerships, we aim to provide more individuals with essential tools for economic empowerment, personal growth, and long-term success.
