The Iris Clubhouse envisions a community where individuals living with mental illness are empowered to lead fulfilling, independent lives through meaningful work, social connection, and lifelong learning. We strive to create a world where mental health recovery is supported, stigma is eliminated, and everyone has access to opportunities for growth, stability, and success.

Goals

1. 1.By December 2026, the Iris Clubhouse will increase member participation in the Work-Ordered Day, Supported Employment, and Supported Education programs by 30% through targeted outreach to young adults, partnerships with schools and employers, and expanded transportation and virtual support options, measuring progress through membership data, job placements, and educational enrollments.
2. 2.By December 2026, the Iris Clubhouse will strengthen organizational capacity by increasing annual funding by 25%, enhancing data tracking systems, and expanding staff training in mental health and employment support. Success will be measured through funding growth, improved data reporting, and staff development benchmarks, ensuring sustainable program expansion and improved member outcomes.
3. 3.By December 2026, the Iris Clubhouse will expand advocacy efforts by engaging 10 new community partners, hosting two annual public awareness events, and increasing member participation in advocacy initiatives by 40%. Success will be measured by partnership growth, event attendance, and advocacy actions taken, strengthening support for mental health services and policy change.
