Our vision is to help close the opportunity gap int he United States.

Goals

1.Provide access to one-on-one mentorship for all Dream Experience participants and Dream Leaders in their respective fields.
2.Expand programming through virtual learning, peer mentorship, and a signature conference that brings together the brightest young minds and trailblazers.
3.Expand our team and hire a full-time Executive Director.
