Goals

1. 1.Investing in volunteers and staff strengthens the organization’s capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality services and build long-term community support. Engaged volunteers and well-supported staff increase effectiveness, retention, leadership continuity, and the ability to scale impact sustainably.
2. 2.By focusing on programs that are effective to meet the needs of our population (food, transportation, education, and economic stability), Grace Care Center will serve more people through them. By improving and expanding these core services, we avoid starting new programs that would stretch staff, volunteers, and resources.
3. 3.This goal reflects a data-informed response to emerging community needs. Community data and client trends indicate increasing barriers related to mental health and housing. By piloting and partnering, rather than fully launching new programs, the organization adapts to changing needs while managing risk and preserving focus on core services.
