The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We were efficiently, effectively, and quick to adapt to external changes by using modern digital tools and technology process that help us be more effective and efficient including change management. Having a change management system allowed us to be more adaptable to the recent external change we faced. The new modern digital tools and technology allowed us to provide up-to-minute data and analytics to our Board, staff, donors and community which gave us the opportunity to act and react more quickly to what was happening in our community and with our participants. Having a change management process in place allowed us to run smoother, be more efficient, and get better results and most importantly our adaptability made us more resilient which shows that when the pressure is on we have the ability to adapt to change.
