O) EDUCATION COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE CLINICALLY SOUND, ACADEMICALLY EFFECTIVE, AND CULTURALLY SUSTAINING SCHOOLING AND CARE IN A DIVERSITY OF SETTINGS TO THE CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS OF THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS REGION.
