We've been partnering with Integrus to provide systemic and ongoing leadership training for our ministry team. Two other examples include our relationship with Best Christian Workplaces Institute and our hosting of our key ministry partners for our global leadership summits.

Our ministry model relies on collaboration with hundreds of agencies and thousands of churches. These local partners serve at risk children and families well at the point of care.

The Global Orphan Project began in 2004 with orphan care — providing sustainable, local, family-style care. As we helped local churches care for orphans around the world, it quickly became apparent that some children living in residential care did not lack family. Rather, their parents lacked opportunity. In 2010, this realization led to a commitment to orphan prevention through job creation and education. Our vision was to help strengthen families, keeping more children with their parents. The orphan care and prevention model was improved, replicated, and implemented across three continents with four sister implementing organizations: GO Haiti, GO Africa, GO Middle East and GO India. Serving across the entire spectrum of care means not just to give children a healthy childhood, but to also help them have a real shot to succeed as adults. Equipping kids transitioning into adulthood is the crucial third pillar in our mission to break the orphan cycle. GO Transition Academy is a two-year discipleship and vocational training program, designed to help young adults make that transition successfully. With skilled hands, sharp minds and persevering spirits, graduates are eager to be active members, contributors, and leaders of their communities.
