To empower community residents to overcome societal barriers through education and employment development. Provide outreach services and access to alternative educational systems for developing reading writing communication critical thinking emotional well-being and information technology skills that encourage upward mobility and entry into a new career path. Support the community by providing a communal space for educational recreational and cultural events that serve the needs and interests of the local area.
